Flat Works is a series of hand-woven kilims that artist Ethan Cook designed for HAY, based on his woven wall pieces. The patterns are geometric and abstract, built from blocks of colour.
They are made from a blend of New Zealand wool and cotton, and the dyeing and weaving mean each piece varies slightly. This long format suits hallways and bedrooms.
